The iced tea which is available at the market since 2004 is offered in numerous countries in Europe. At the Austrian market C-ICE could record a growth of 115 % from 2006 to 2007. (Nielsen, 2007) Concerning single-serve segment C-ICE is ranked third behind Rauc and Nestea. (Nielsen, 2007) C-ICE made it to the customer primarily through convenience stores, service stations (Agip, Shell, BP & ESSO), super markets (Merkur, Penny, M-PREIS and Meinl am Graben) and Selecta vending machines (railway tations, undergrounds and public places).
